Level 5: E

Age Recommendation: 10+ year olds

Swimmers will work on mastering all of the strokes and skills they learned in levels 1-4. This class will spend most of its time in the deeper areas of the pool.

  • Breaststroke ½ way
  • Sidestroke 1 length of the pool
  • Standing/kneeling/sitting dives
  • Tread water for 1.5 minutes
  • Mastered front and back crawl
  • Elementary backstroke 1 length

**If you do not know which level your child should be at, please contact our office.**

Swim assessments also available upon request
