Octopus

Ages 4 and older

  • Swimmer will work on the basic fundamentals of the front and back floats and front and back crawl
  • Course goal is to comfortably submerge face and have less instructor assistance
  • Prerequisites: blowing bubbles, comfortable with the assisted front and back float (ears should be submerged)
