This is a 4 week series.

    Give yourself the gift of stillness before the holiday season begins. Soulful Sound & Stretch is an evening of beginner-friendly yoga and deeply restorative sound healing—designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect. We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow to release tension in the body and mind, followed by a grounding sound bath with crystal bowls to guide you into deep relaxation. Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that makes you feel cozy—blankets, pillows, even your favorite sweatshirt. You’ll want to fully melt into this experience. No yoga or sound bath experience needed. Just come as you are and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more you.
