Get rooted with Rian in this Yin/Nidra combo class. The primary focus is to slow down and allow for a nervous system reset, whether you're living life fast paced or seeking deeper connection to your body. Yin is a contemplative practice, offering a deeper stretch for connective tissues and joints. The class will close with a relaxing 20min yoga Nidra for deep rest.
