Ages 5 and older

  • Continued work on rotary breathing, front and back crawl
  • Course goal is to independently swim ¾ length of the pool while demonstrating an understanding of rotary breathing and alternating arm/leg motion
  • Prerequisites: Continuously swim ½ length of the pool with front and back crawl and demonstrate understanding of basic rotary breathing while using alternating arm/leg motion
