Angelfish

Ages 5 and older

• Emphasis on rotary breathing with the front crawl, technique with the back-crawl skills
• Course goal is to continuously swim ½ length of the pool while demonstrating and understanding rotary breathing and the combination of alternating the arm/leg motion
• Prerequisites: Continuously swim ¼ length of the pool while demonstrating a basic understanding of alternating arm/leg motion of front and back crawl, face must be submerged in water for front crawl and head back and ears in for back crawl
