Ages 7 and older

  • Introduce Butterfly and pump motion
  • Introduction of diving
  • Course goal is to continuously swim full length of pool using the correct technique for front and back crawl
  • Continued work on butterfly with the introduction of correct breathing technique
  • Course goal is to perfect front and back crawl
  • Prerequisites: Continuously swim full length of pool using front and back crawl; demonstrate rotary breathing technique while using and alternation arm/leg motion
  • Requirements are tested and must be met on the first day of class
