Track and Field Camp

In this Track & Field Camp, athletes will have the opportunity to learn and practice all running and field events in just one week! In a fun and engaging format, athletes will get coached on distance running, sprints, relays, hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot put, and discus. Camp will be held on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thurs. 9am-11am.Thursday evening, we will conclude the camp with a Track Meet at 6:00 pm.

Swim Lessons-Level 2:B

Level 2: BAge Recommendation: 7-10 years oldSwimmers will work on independent floats, flutter kicks, and front and back crawls. Swimmers will also be introduced to treading water, the elementary backstroke, and the deep end. This class will spend time in the shallow area of the pool. Independent front and back floats 10-15 seconds Combined leg and arm action on front and back, work on the concepts of the arms Flutter kicks on their front and back Master rolling front-to-back Front and back crawl ¼ length work towards ½ Introducing elementary backstroke Introducing treading water Jumping off the diving board-not required to pass **If you do not know which level your child should be at, please contact our office.**Swim assessments also available upon request
