Fall 2024

Pre-Season October 28 – November 8 ~ M-F ~ 3:30-4:30pm

During these two weeks the coach will concentrate on competitive starts, turns and stroke techniques of the Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle.
