Join us for a hands-on sourdough bread-making class designed for adults looking to enhance their baking skills! In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sourdough preparation, from cultivating and maintaining your own starter to mastering the art of fermentation, shaping, and baking. Participants will get the chance to mix dough, feed their starter, observe fermentation processes, and bake a loaf with tips & tricks from the instructor. Whether you're a novice or have some experience, you'll leave with a 105-year-old starter, a fresh batch of dough to bake at home, and the knowledge & skills to keep and prepare both. Please bring a large mixing bowl and tea towel with you to the class.
