Swimming Preseason

Aquatics -
Fall 2025

During these two weeks the coach will concentrate on competitive starts, turns and stroke techniques of the Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle. 

Preseason is open to all Swim Club and Swim Team participants interested.
