This class is designed to support your changing body through mindful movement, gentle strengthening, mobility, and relaxation. We'll explore functional movements that ease common pregnancy discomforts, improve circulation, support posture, and hel you feel more comfortable and confident in your body.
Each class blends light stretching, breath awareness, balance work, and simple strength exercises to support your hips, back, core, and pelvic floor, while encouraging rest. Movements are adaptable for all trimesters and energy levels.
This is a space to move intentionally, connect with your body, and prioritize overall well-being during pregnancy--without pressure, expectations, or performance.
