Age Recommendation: 4-7 years old

Swimmers will be working with our instructors on their supported front and back floats, blowing bubbles, kicks, arms, and overall comfortability in the water. This class will spend time in the shallow area of the pool.

• Flutter kicks on their front and back
• Blowing bubbles through their mouth and nose
• Overall comfortability
• Supported front and back floats 3-5 seconds
• Introduce rolling front-to-back
• Introduction with alternating leg and arm action front and back
