Level 3: C

Age Recommendation: 10+ year olds

Swimmers will be perfecting their front and back crawl, comfortability in the deep end, and elementary backstroke. This class will spend time in the shallow areas and the deeper areas of the pool.

  • Front and back floats-20 seconds in shallow water
  • Front and back floats- 30 seconds in deeper water
  • Front and back crawl ¾ length of the pool
  • Elementary backstroke ½ length of the pool
  • Introduce the side stroke
  • Jump off the diving board, not required to pass
  • Tread water for 30 seconds

**If you do not know which level your child should be at, please contact our office.**

Swim assessments also available upon request
