Red Rockets | Ages 4-6 Focus: The Fundamentals of Fun This session is all about "physical literacy" and sparking a lifelong love for the game. Our youngest athletes focus on the "ABCs" of tennis: Agility, Balance, and Coordination. Through high-energy games and simple toss-and-hit drills, players develop the hand-eye coordination needed to send and receive the ball while having a blast with their peers. Orange Aces | Ages 7-9 Focus: Control & Consistency As players graduate to a larger court space, the focus shifts toward stroke consistency and "controlled" play. We’ll help students transition from simply hitting the ball to building 3-to-5 shot rallies. These 45 minutes are packed with technical instruction on the forehand, backhand, and the overhead serve, ensuring every player gains the confidence to start keeping score and playing points. Green Gladiators | Ages 10-12 Focus: Strategy & Competition Designed for the maturing player on a full-sized court, this group masters court geometry and tactical awareness. We move beyond basic mechanics to focus on "winning the point" though better footwork, net play, and directional control. Players will develop the mental toughness and strategic thinking required for competitive match play. *Coach’s Note for Parents: Please ensure your player wears athletic shoes/tennis shoes. While we recommend bringing your own racket, we have "loaners" available for those just starting out!*
